Proposal
Depending on your project, the proposal may contain a number of sections as listed below.
- Description of the work to be done
- Terms and estimated costs
- Estimated schedule
- Client expectations
- Insurance
- Warranty
- Special issues (e.g. how holidays and special issues will affect the project)
The proposal may also contain before and after photographs and diagrams of similar projects so you can see how the work is accomplished. Also, if the project is major, the proposal may also contain schematic or architectural diagrams.
Once you are satisfied, have all your questions answered, and Patrick has identified any changes needed, you can authorize the design and work to commence.
Answering all your questions
After you’ve had some time to digest the proposal and develop any additional questions, Patrick will again consult with you to answer any questions you may have concerning the proposal. When you are satisfied, all of your questions have been answered, and Patrick has identified any changes, you can authorize the design and work to commence.
